Overview

Jungle Academy began as a concept and evolved into a fully realized brand spanning digital content, ecommerce, physical products, interactive experiences, and media development. It represents a complete application of the Dutch capability system, where each layer reinforces the next.

The brand was developed from the ground up, including identity, storytelling, and content systems designed to support continuous audience growth. A custom Shopify experience and paid media program across Meta and TikTok established a strong conversion foundation, supported by ongoing optimization and CRM integration.

The system extended into physical products for K–12 audiences, including backpack lines, requiring coordination across design, manufacturing, and production. To deepen engagement, Dutch developed and published Hide, Listen & Find, a mobile game for iOS and Android that translated the brand into an interactive, family-focused experience.

At the same time, Jungle Academy expanded into media, with the development of a television concept, full series bible, and distribution pitch. A YouTube channel was built and optimized as a primary growth engine, aligning content strategy with platform behavior to drive reach, retention, and audience development.

Each component was designed to work together, forming a connected system where content drives attention, platforms capture engagement, and products and media extend the brand’s reach.
